2. Description of Service

Boostivity Digital provides a guided cold calling learning platform, including a structured Journey, AI Coach practice (chat, voice, and document feedback), and progress tracking tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Boostivity Digital. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share.
  • Use AI Coach outputs to harass or deceive third parties.

6. AI Coach Disclaimer

AI Coach provides simulated practice and feedback for educational purposes only. It does not guarantee specific sales outcomes, employment, or income results.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform design are the property of Boostivity Digital. You retain ownership of documents and content you upload, but grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

8. Subscription & Billing

Certain features may require a paid plan as Boostivity Digital launches publicly. Pricing and billing terms will be presented clearly before any charge.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

Boostivity Digital is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
